Who cares? Honestly, if sixty percent of New Jerseyans disapprove of President Bush’s actions as President, my response is who cares.
I’m not trying to be a shill for President Bush, but let’s look at what we are really saying here. We’re saying that people polled in New Jersey don’t like Bush. New Jersey is the most corrupt state in the union with both Republicans and Democrats to blame for the mess that we’re in. This is a state that jumped up and down in joy when Governor Corzine was elected into office and the Democrats maintained their majority position in our legislature in November 2005.
The people who are being polled for this “60% in don’t like Bush” stuff are the same ones who voted for the Democratic administration that we have in place in New Jersey right now. This administration promised to cut spending, it hasn’t. They’ve promised to lower property taxes, they haven’t. They promised to make New Jersey more affordable, they haven’t.
I’m not saying that the Republicans are the answer in New Jersey. I AM saying that when 60% of New Jersey people don’t like something…chances are they’re voting in the wrong direction as they’ve done time and time again.
